
Campfire Buttermilk Biscuits
Here is what you need:
2 cups white/G. Free flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup buttermilk

Place dry ingredients in a heavy paper sack.

Stir with a stick

Pour liquid ingredients on top of dry ingredients

Gently stir the dough mixture until dough rounds up into a ball

Place a small ball of dough on the end of a stick

Cook over an open campfire for 5-6 mins.

Take caution not to
burn biscuit! Enjoy!!
Campfire Grilled Nachos
Here is what you need:
FOIL square pan covered
taco meat (pre-cooked)
black beans
diced tomatoes
shredded cheese
corn chips or tortillas
top with salsa, sour cream and guacamole

Place chips on the bottom of the foil pan

Layer with taco meat, black beans, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese

Repeat steps 1 & 2 for a thick layer of nachos

Cover & cook on an open campfire for 14 -16 mins

Remove from heat, uncover and Enjoy!!
Campfire Grilled S'mores
Here is what you need:
Foil square pan covered
marshmallows
milk chocolate chips
graham crackers
optional:
peanut butter chips

Place graham crackers on the bottom of the Foil pan

Layer with marshmallows and chocolate chips

Repeat steps 1 & 2 for a thicker layer of s"mores

Cover & cook on an open campfire for 10-14 mins

Remove from heat, uncover and Enjoy!!
Campfire Zip Baggie Omelets
Here is what you need:
2 eggs only (per baggie)
Add your sides:
shredded bacon (pre-cooked)
shredded deli turkey
diced ham
grated cheese
sliced mushrooms
diced tomatoes
diced onions
1/3 - 1/2 cup hash browns
Quart size FREEZER bag
Large pot of boiling water

Put 2 eggs in zip Freezer bag
-
Then add your sides
-
Zip bag closed
-
Start shaking bag to mix, must break the yolks.

Place bag in a large pot of boiling water
-
Boil all bags 13 - 15 min.

Remove from pot & pour onto your plate. Enjoy!!
